Parivesh is a seasoned banking professional with more than 2 decades of extensive banking experience and Commerce graduate from University of Delhi. He has held various challenging & leadership roles in Banks & NBFC’s like ABN Amro Bank, Citi Financial, Future Money and Religare Finvest Limited. He has a proven track record in managing complete collections activities starting from Call Centre to deep NPA resolutions, FCU processes, Credit and risk functions, Stress portfolio acquisitions, managing large transactions, policy formulation and implementation. He has managed large teams and possesses a strategic approach. Prior to joining Elexa, Parivesh was working as Senior Vice President – Debt Management at Religare Finvest Limited.

Prasad holds over 2 decades of rich experience in Banking and Lending with extensive focus on Collections, FCU and Legal Recoveries. He has worked in leading Banks & NBFC like ICICI Bank Limited, IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Religare Finvest Limited, L&T Financial Services etc. Prior to joining Elexa, Prasad was Zonal Collection Head - South & East at L&T Housing Finance. He holds a M.Com (Finance) degree from Osmania University and is currently pursuing LLB.
Prasad likes to travel for leisure and pilgrimages. He also indulges in music, philanthropy, and loves spending time with his family.
Himanshu has 2 decades of rich experience in Banking and Lending with extensive focus on Collections Strategy, processes, MIS & analytics, complete operations backend, handled audits both internal and external, project management and closure, debt assignments, NPL pools modelling. He has worked in leading Banks & NBFC like ABN AMRO Bank, RBS Bank, DCB Bank & Religare Finvest Limited.
He holds MA (Economics) degree and is a Law Graduate.

Lakshay has over 2 decades of experience in Collections, has handled end – end collections functions in various organizations including resolutions, legal recoveries, NPL acquisitions, asset sale assignments, debt restructuring. He held various challenging & leadership roles in Banks & NBFC like Citi Financial, Religare Finvest Limited, Clix Capital and Hero Housing. He is taking care of new business bookings for the platform. He is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi.

Ali is a highly experienced and accomplished legal professional with over 2 decades of expertise in the legal and financial services sector. Ali specializes in Banking and Financial Laws, Restructuring and IBC, Domestic and International Arbitration, Debt restructuring and assignments, NPL pools legal due diligence, legal recoveries, conducting diligence for large corporate deals. He has held key legal roles in his previous organizations Religare Finvest Limited and Hero FinCorp Ltd. He is a law graduate.
