Parivesh is a seasoned banking professional with more than 20 years of extensive banking experience. He has held various challenging & leadership roles in Banks & NBFC’s like ABN Amro Bank, Citi Financial, Future Money and Religare Finvest Limited. He has a proven track record in managing complete collections activities starting from Call Centre to deep NPA resolutions, FCU processes, Credit and risk functions, portfolio acquisitions, managing large transactions, policy formulation and implementation. He has managed large teams and possesses a strategic approach. Prior to joining Elexa, Parivesh was working as Senior Vice President & Regional Head-North & East at Religare Finvest Limited.
He is a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.

Ashutosh Sharma has an extensive work experience of twenty years, both as litigation and in-house counsel. He has worked with NBFCs on the corporate, retail and capital markets. Prior to joining Elexa Resolution Advisors LLP, he was Chief Legal Counsel for PNB Housing Finance Limited for seven years. As a part of the Leadership Team, Ashutosh managed diverse stakeholders including PNB Bank (a government owned bank) and two large private equity investors – the Carlyle Group & General Atlantic Partners, apart from the internal teams and borrowers. He headed a team of 45 internal counsels and cut across all the functions including Business, Finance, IT, HR, General Administration and Recoveries. Prior to PNB Housing Finance Ltd., he worked as Legal Head for Religare Finvest Limited and as in-house litigation counsel with GE Money. He started his career as litigation counsel and practiced extensively in Supreme Court, High Court, District Court and Tribunals including consumer courts, Anti-Trust MRTP & Competition Commission of India. He has several reported judgements where he appeared as counsel and has had the honour of being appointed 'Amicus Curiae' by the courts in several matters.

Prasad holds 2 decades of rich experience in Banking and Lending with extensive focus on Collections , FCU and Legal Recoveries. He has worked in leading Banks & NBFC like ICICI Bank Limited, IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Religare Finvest Limited , L&T Financial Services etc. Prior to joining Elexa, Prasad was Zonal Collection Head - South & East at L&T Housing Finance. He holds a M.Com (Finance) degree from Osmania University and is currently pursuing LLB.
Prasad likes to travel for leisure and pilgrimages. He also indulges in music, philanthropy, and loves spending time with his family.
